B+E, a brokerage and technology platform for net lease real estate, announced the opening of their Dallas office, naming Wayne Bares as its founding broker.
Bares is a seasoned commercial real estate broker who holds his CCIM and has sold $1 billion in properties over his career. He comes to B+E with over ten years of commercial real estate experience and will focus on single tenant net lease properties in Texas and Nationwide.
“We’re really excited to have Wayne join our team and launch our Dallas office,” says B+E CEO and Co-Founder Camille Renshaw. “The growing market in Texas is full of opportunity, and Wayne will have the technology backing he needs to serve his clients.”
