B+E is a modern investment brokerage firm, specializing in net lease real estate and 1031 exchanges. We help clients buy and sell single tenant real estate. Camille Renshaw is CEO and CoFounder of B+E, the world’s fastest growing net lease real estate brokerage firm.  Previously Renshaw was Head of Sales for Ten-X, a Google Capital company and leading online marketplace for commercial real estate that includes products like Auction.com. Prior to Ten-X, she founded the Stan Johnson Company’s New York office where she met her future business partner, B+E Co-founder, Scott Scurich. She has closed over $30B in transaction volume.
Renshaw originally entered commercial real estate as an owner, after founding Dyzco Technologies and successfully selling it to American Financial Services Corp. She is a serial entrepreneur who serves as CEO and Partner at RenshawCo, a venture capital firm that invests in both real estate and FinTech companies. Renshaw serves as Corporate Board Member and Advisor to multiple tech companies and is an Advisor to DreamIt’s UrbanTech Accelerator. 
Renshaw has established herself as an industry leader, making frequent speaking appearances, authoring articles and being quoted extensively by a number of leading publications, including Wired, The New Yorker, WSJ, Bloomberg, and GlobeSt.com. Real Estate Forum nicknamed her “The Catalyst” and has named her multiple times in “Best Bosses in CRE.”  CREW National Network awarded her the “2020 Entrepreneurial Spirit Award.”  Additionally, Commercial Property Executive awarded her, via a peer vote of leading CRE executives, with both “2020 Innovator of the Year” and “2020 Net Lease Property Executive of the Year” honors.

Tim Hain is a Senior Director at B+E who specializes in Industrial Net Lease Sales. Before joining B+E, spent 13 years at Duke Realty during which time he developed and leased ten industrial and office buildings including build-to-suits. He also served on the board for NAIOP. Tim is a Certified Public Accountant and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Illinois. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Tim’s passions are his family, particularly his three sons, downhill skiing, and live music. He is based in Chicago, IL

William Brooks is an Associate Director at B+E who specializes in Industrial Net Lease Sales. Before joining the company, he worked as an analyst and broker for a variety of real estate firms in Atlanta and New York. Included in these is Wilson, Hull & Neal, an entrepreneurial industrial and office brokerage firm in Atlanta, and RCG Ventures, a retail-focused value-add investment firm, also based in Atlanta. While an Investment Sales broker in the New York office of the Shopping Center Group, William closed multiple deals with institutional clients, overseeing each from listing to closing and assisting with debt and equity capitalizations. William holds a degree in real estate from UGA’s Terry College of Business and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York. His interests include skiing, golf, travel, and his vinyl record collection. William is based in New York City.

Wayne Bares, CCIM is a Director of the Texas market and Broker of record for Texas for B+E. He is focused on NNN Single Tenant properties in Texas and Nationwide. Before joining the B+E team, Wayne served as a Vice President of Capital Markets in the Dallas, Texas office at Colliers. In Wayne’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, music engineering, playing guitar, swimming, and biking. He is based in Dallas-Forth Worth.

Chris Guida is a Director at B+E, specializing in industrial net lease and development properties. As a commercial broker, he is driven by one goal: delivering real results through genuine relationships. By listening closely to each client’s unique objectives, Chris tailors every strategy to align with their vision—whether buying or selling. His approach is straightforward: listen with intent, act with precision, and deliver outcomes that move the needle.

Before joining B+E, Chris founded and operated Ascent Properties, a Brooklyn-based brokerage focused on the sales and leasing of industrial assets. He also held roles at Stan Johnson Company, which included working on Camille Renshaw’s New York-based NNN brokerage team, and later at Ten-X (formerly Auction.com), where he specialized in the disposition of distressed assets.
Based out of B+E’s New York office, Chris spends his summers in Portland, Maine and winters in Aspen, Colorado.

 Carson Jeremiah is an Associate Director at B+E, specializing in advisory services for the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets, with a focus on sale-leaseback, retail, and medical. Carson has facilitated both acquisition and disposition services for a diverse clientele, including private investors, REITs, family offices, and private equity firms. Achieving a company record for the fastest transaction period, Carson completed a contract to closing in just four days. Prior to brokerage, he led a team of analysts managing underwriting and due diligence efforts across various asset classes, including industrial, medical, office, and retail properties.

Katherine Berg is an Associate Director at B+E specializing in Retail and Car Wash real estate. Katherine has broad experience within the net lease real estate industry, ranging from development to underwriting acquisitions for a REIT. She has worked at STORE Capital, Marcus & Millichap, and was one of B+E’s founding members. Most recently, Katherine managed a private real estate investment and development company focusing on residential and mixed-use development. Additionally, Katherine was a founding member of a real estate fund that focuses on the acquisition of car wash net lease real estate.
