B+E brokers sell Orlando area Taco Bell for $2.925M
B+E, the first brokerage and technology platform for net lease real estate, today announced the sale of the Taco Bell property located at 1345 Tuskawilla Road in Winter Springs, FL for $2,925,000.
B+E’s internal database was leveraged to complete a direct sale between the all-cash buyer & seller within 60 days.
“We were able to facilitate a speedy closing, allowing the all-cash buyer to satisfy their 1031 requirement in time and giving our seller the opportunity to place the capital elsewhere,” said broker Katherine Wadleigh-White. “The property’s long-term ground lease with hefty rent escalations will provide the passive investor with a hedge against inflation.”
Built in 1989, the asset is scheduled to undergo a major facelift this year in 2023, updating the interior and exterior to Taco Bell’s most modern prototype.
