As Head of Underwriting, Cindy leads the Four Springs’ Underwriting Team and outside counsel in acquisition of properties, including negotiating purchase and financing documentation, conducting all tenant and property due diligence, presentation of findings to Investment Committee, and the closing process. She uses creative problem-solving skills to complete complex transactions while maintaining underwriting standards, preserving relationships with sellers and deal sources, and protecting the interests of the company and its investors.

In her prior role with Four Springs, she was responsible for Asset Management function, including portfolio development analysis and strategic planning, tracking and evaluating tenant credit developments, identifying and negotiating blend and extend lease renewals, and identifying and executing on disposition opportunities.
